Public Procurement Partners of Washington (PPP) is a talented group of former public procurement professionals with broad experience and expertise in purchasing and contracting across the State of Washington.

PPP provides comprehensive procurement and contracting collaboration for a variety of needs including, but not limited to, goods, services, professional services, consulting, and public works. We also provide services around alternative public works. Our consultants have held a variety of accreditations and certifications from several professional organizations in the public procurement space. We partner with the Municipal Research Services Center (MRSC - Home)  and volunteer with statewide advisory boards like the Capital Projects Advisory Review Board (CPARB).

We assist public agencies of all types and sizes. We provide one-time, project-level support, as well as recurring, as-needed services to help public agencies prepare, accomplish their purchasing and contracting goals, and improve their public spend.

Started by Aleanna Kondelis, with the vision to provide support to all participants in public procurement, filling a gap with hands-on, practical tools to enhance partnerships, increase outcomes, and deliver results.
